Outstanding job
A+ service!!! They were dispatched through my warranty company and they showed up the next day and fixed the issue. The contractor Jameak (spelling) was very professional and knowledgeable. ( He needs a raise). Thank you again!!! We have heat in the snow storm!!!
Drew was very professional. This company showed up on time might and was extremely helpful after my heating system was going. For four days my heating system was only blowing cold air which is terrible for the winter. Drew had a lot of knowledge, he easily diagnosed the problem and recommended services for me that wasn’t extremely pricey. I love the fact that I was even offered another service in the fall. This company just made a loyal client out of me and I couldn’t thank you enough.
The technician (King) was excellent - he was diligent, polite and very conscientious, making sure we were totally satisfied with the work done.
Very prompt response. Very friendly and polite. Kept me informed, answered all my questions throughly. They were here twice, I had to have a new furnace, and some other work done involving my zoning. Their work is guaranteed for a year,after which I will have them do yearly maintenance. Great people, great service!!! Oh and I was impressed that the owner came out every time with his service Assoicates to ck up on the job.
My furnace would intermittently take a long time to come on and we were left in a cold house for hours. After the 3rd time this happened we contacted out home warranty company and they in turn contacted the job out to Herring. I called the company the day off our appointment to make sure that they would send a tech that was able to properly diagnose the issue since the furnace might be working again when they arrived. They sent out Jahmeek and let me tell you he knew his stuff. He popped the covers off and immediately read the code that the furnace was throwing. The code was 33 which indicates an issue with the limit switch circuit. From there he quickly disconnected the switch and placed a jumper in it's place confirming that it was bad. He did all this while holding a pretty engaging conversation with me. I was really impressed with his professionalism and easy going nature. He even put in a new filter since mine was so clogged that it was barely recognizable. It goes without saying that some techs are better than others. Lots of times if things are working when they come out they give you the line that there's nothing they can do until the problem happens again. That goes for all industries!!!! He was done in less than an hour and on his way to the next call. You have to appreciate that kind of efficiency.
